Blend of deeper work where needed and lighter work to relax. This massage is great for muscle pain, injury, and stiffness. 30 minute sessions can be specific to a concern (ie. headaches, sinus, back problems, feet, etc)

Smooth, warm stones are combined with a therapeutic massage to help relax and ease tense muscles. 

Cupping can increase blood circulation, relieve muscle tension, promote cell repair, and stimulate nerves and blood flow to decrease pain.  *Cupping can sometimes leave dark circular marks on the skin that may be visible for a few days.

This session is great if you don't have a lot of time and want to care for your skin, as well as teens who are learning skin care.  During this 30 minute session, the skin is analyzed and proper products are selected for skin concerns.  It includes a double cleansing, exfoliation, mask, and moisturizer.

Each session is customized to the individual skin needs.  It includes double cleanse, exfoliation (manual/chemical/physical), double masking, serums/peptides, moisturizing and spf.  *May also include microcurrent, radiofrequency, nano infusion, or high frequency. Approx 50-60 minutes

Utilizing Storyderm and Ekseption brands, after the skin is analyzed, the proper peel is chosen.  *Not for first time skin care clients, must have at least had an express facial session previously.

30 Minute Session

Reiki promotes relaxation, stress reduction and symptom relief to improve overall health and well-being. This treatment is done fully clothed or can be added on to a traditional massage session.

Add-on to session $20

Pamper your feet with hot towels and a scented sugar scrub.  After exfoliation, the feet are then massaged with a hydrating lotion to soothe, relax, and heal.

Warm oil is poured over the scalp and then massaged in.  Hot towels are used to remove the excess oil, followed by a dry towel to finish off the treatment.
